The absolute best of these apartments is the location. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach, with bars and restaurants nearby. In the heart of Casas de Colores, and 5 minutes walking to downtown. We loved the location as we were travelling with a kid and it made things so convenient! The apartment had everything required for a few weeks stay, including AC which is an absolute must if staying in the summer. We really appreciated the kitchennette which allowed us to save some money on meals. WiFi worked flawlessly. The staff was very nice, professional and accommodating. Overall, great value and recommendable!

Property in great location , one street back from beach and promenade. Lots of bars, restaurants just steps away . Have stayed many times before but now needs a little tlc. Well equipped but would be handy to know make of coffee machine to buy correct capsules . Fab stay otherwise as always .

Delightful location and a very nice apartment in a quiet location very close to the beach and all local amenities. The apartment was very modern inside and very clean. Our host, Gabriela was very friendly and helpful, and dealt with all our queries promptly.

Property was spotlessly clean , comfy beds and fab shower . Very quiet little street just yards from beach , prom, restaurants and bars. Supermarket 10 min stroll up hill to town . People very friendly and so helpful . If you’re looking for Benidorm you won’t find it here . Magical traditional Spanish fishing village with beautiful working harbour and lots of culture . Weekly market on Thursdays . Would highly recommend Costera del Mar for good value for money in great location for all Villajoyosa has to offer . Reception staff so helpful and accommodating . Will be returning very soon .
